I loved the beautiful little wedding of Olga and Stan at Sunset Cliffs! They are so sweet together and it’s obviously they make a perfect couple. We battled a really high tide, a crowded beach and some massive waves, but we ended up with a beautiful day! Congratulations to you both, I wish you tons of happiness!
I met Rebecca almost 15 years ago in Guatemala. I was a long term volunteer there and she worked as a midwife. So all these years later, I was thrilled to be able to photograph her wedding to Glenn. They’ve combined their two little families to create such a beautiful love and partnership.
They wanted something really simple to celebrate their wedding, so they gathered friends and family for dinner and swimming at their community pool. It was sweet, simple and couldn’t have been more perfect for them. Thank you all for including our family in your celebration!
We started the day with some casual portraits of their family:
Later that afternoon, the whole family gathered for some photos before the reception:Pool party time!
I’m so excited to share this lovely wedding at The San Diego Safari Park. Laura and Jared are so sweet together, it’s pretty obvious to all around them that this marriage is a perfect fit. Their ceremony was filled with so much emotion and love, and it never hurts to be surrounded by wild animals at the same time!
I’m truly thankful to be able to document these really important moments in life and I really appreciate the trust my clients put in me. Laura and Jared, thank you both so much for a really beautiful day!
Jeannie and Daniel had such an obvious connection and love for each, it’s really beautiful to be around it. They planned a wedding that was so “them” and it turned out so incredibly! They had half of the cocktail hour before the ceremony so the guests had some food and drinks, mingled and then watched the ceremony. Daniel and Jeannie skipped having a first dance and instead surprised their guests with the SDSU dancers. Then guest were treated to salad, pizza and tacos as different food stations. The entire day was easy going, full of love and laughter, and truly a joining of family and friends.
Jeannie and Daniel chose an incredible team of vendors and I have to give a super huge thanks to Alison Howard and her team for pulling it all together. We were lucky to be a part of it all!

Meet their baby Benny. He made a special appearance for a few photos!Jeannie’s mom made the LOVE letters. Can I bring them to every wedding?
Allison and Bryce’s wedding had some many really incredible and personal touches to their wedding. The ceremony and reception were held on Allison’s family cattle ranch that has been in their family for over 100 years. Allison’s grandmother officiated the ceremony, Bryce and his brother brewed all the beer, and Bryce even picked the berries and made the jam as a favor. They raised the cow and pig and then did a deep pit BBQ the night before the wedding. The meat was served with homemade BBQ sauce. I loved how everyone came together to decorate, cook and make it such an amazing wedding! I have to thank Kira and Lindsey from the Sweetest Things Events for all their help and smooth coordination magic!
Allison and Bryce met on the first day of high school and have been together ever since. Their love for each other is so natural and easy, it was a joy to witness. Thank you both so much for having me there, my only regret is that I didn’t wear boots!
Alison and Brett had an incredible wedding at the San Diego Safari Park. Beautiful weather, tons of laughter and friends and family who adore them. My kind of day! Their heartfelt ceremony by Bethel left all their guest in tears. I love it when I learn a lot about a couple from their ceremony, it makes it so personal and special. Thank you both for including me in your wedding day, I think you are perfect together!
