About a year ago, our 1 year old dog was hit and killed by a car. It was pretty tragic for us all, especially my son. We weren’t sure if we’d ever get a dog again, but when we met Sammie, we knew she was the one for us. She was rescued by some kind souls from a high kill shelter. We adopted her, and it’s true love! She fits in so perfectly with our family, and she came potty trained! She even lets the kids carry her around everywhere.

This little cutie is the new baby of Hilary and Stephen whose wedding I photographed. I love love love being able to watch the next phase in their lives. There is truly nothing sweeter than a new baby. Congratulations!

Leslie and David picked the most famous wedding date of the year, 11.11.11. They planned this beautiful, intimate wedding at the Garden Cottage at the Green Bed & Breakfast in San Clemente. The threat of rain loomed, but the day ended up with absolutely perfect weather, I was so thrilled for them! It all really turned out so perfectly, and the best part was watching the love that Leslie and David have for each other. They were absolutely radiating it!

It was the most beautiful day in Palm Springs for Liz and Eric’s wedding. It started off a little warm, but cooled off to make it just right. Their friends graciously offered to host the wedding in their amazing home. I love home weddings, they always feel so intimate and personal.
I even busted out my little photo station for some fun pictures during the reception. Yay!
