Last January we sold our beloved little beach condo and bought a house. The house was great, huge yard, perfect location, big, fruit trees, gardens, etc. But it was old (1942) and had lots of funky illegal additions. But we love a project! In the big picture, the house had potential. So my dad and husband embarked on the “remodel”! We ripped out the kitchen, dining room and weird converted patio room. We’re not done yet, but I see the end in sight!

Right now we are painting, putting in flooring and installing the new kitchen! We went from dark, cramped and funky, to bright and open! And I’m going to have a home studio where I can meet with my clients. Life is good! I’ll post the completed project as soon as it’s done.
