Micaela and Mike had gone out on a date and nothing ever happened.  Then, four years later, they went on another date.  This time things did happen, and now they are married!  Isn’t it funny how life does that to you sometimes?

They exchanged their vows at St. Brigid Catholic Church and then headed to Morgan Run Club and Resort for their reception.  It was such a lovely day, and it was so obvious that these two were made for each other.  I know their future will be full of happiness and love!

I love that Micaela’s brother played the flute for their ceremony:A huge thank you to Amy and Derek who referred me to Micaela and Mike! When you are taking photos, you always have to keep an eye out for what’s happening around you.  I was taking photos of these ladies when the gentleman behind me was rating them a 10!

I had such a great time photographing Jamie and Jonathan’s wedding at Estancia La Jolla.  There were only 10 people attending, but they managed to make it such an elegant and relaxed wedding.  The did a first look and then wandered over to the Olive Gardens to gather up their friends and family and get married.  I think everyone there was touched and could feel the love during their ceremony.

The had an amazing dinner afterwards in the Library Room at Estancia.  It was a perfect day!

The San Diego Zoo is such a cool place to be married.  Not only are your guests in a beautiful location, but they can cruise around the Zoo before or after the wedding.  Tanya and Zach had a beautiful little daytime wedding at Treetops at the Zoo.  Their daughter was a huge part of it and it was so nice to see this little family be married.  I wish your little family lots and lots of happiness!
