I cruised around old San Juan Capistrano with this cute family. Sydney is so full of personality and Ben is darling. If you haven’t scheduled your holiday photos yet, it’s time to get moving! Dates are filling up fast, and going extra fast if you need a weekend. Just a friendly reminder!Sydney was showing me her hip hop moves!
My little nephew Ellis is the big 3 years old today! We took him to Leo Carrillo Ranch to do some photos. He’s such a sweet little guy and I’m so glad he’s in our lives. And we also took a few pictures of Ryland who’s 4 months old now.
I was tickling Ellis and Maya with a peacock feather. They are great little cousin-friends!
I loved pretty much everything about this wedding. Adrienne and Jason are so relaxed and have such a great style. It was an intimate wedding with so many beautiful touches. Adrienne’s mom made the cake, both of their grandfathers officiated the ceremony and Adrienne’s friend Tam from Isari provided the amazing florals. I loved the bright colors that were everywhere.
Adrienne is a fashion stylist and designer, so it only makes sense that she looked totally amazing. She bought her dress at Provence Bride in Encinitas, but modified it to her style.
Both the ceremony and reception were at The Park Hyatt Aviara. The food and service there is nothing less than perfect. And of course I have to give a huge thanks to Tricia for the referral and for helping the day run extra smooth.
Adrienne and Jason, thank you so much for having us at your wedding. I love how everything turned out and it was such a pleasure working with you!

Balboa Park is such a gorgeous spot for a wedding. There a zillion little nooks and crannys for photos. I’m so glad that Christine and Jason scheduled enough time for photos. This sweet little wedding took place at The Prado in the Loggia Room. Christine and Jason are both medical students, so I think it’s safe to say they have a very busy life! Luckily the hired Courtney and her team from After the Engagement. Everything was totally smooth and easy, my favorite kind of wedding!
Christine and Jason really compliment each other other well, and I think they are a perfect match. Their wedding was full of personal touches and lots of love!

Christine and Jason chose to see each other before the wedding, so we got lots of time to explore Balboa Park!
It’s hard not to fall in love with Laila. She is so full of personality and spunk, I love it! And those eyes! It’s so fun for me to look back on our past sessions and see how quickly time has gone. Here’s Laila at 8 days old, 4 months, and 7 months.
We did the photos at Leo Carrillo Ranch. Please check it out if you’ve never been there, it’s a great place to take kids.
Meet the lovely Spencer! I photographed Spencer 4 years ago for her Bat Mitzvah. She had now grown into this beautiful teenager. We cruised around downtown La Jolla and got some gorgeous senior pictures!

I don’t know how you did it but they turned out very cute. In the moment it seemed hard to get the kids to pay attention but you got some good stuff. Great to see you again!
