I photographed Ashley and Brian’s wedding last summer, and I was thrilled to take pictures of Ashley and her little boy-to-be!  She looks really gorgeous.

    SO pretty!

Kristen and Alex were referred to me by Kristin and Trevor.   Thank you so much Kristin and Trevor!  It’s always an honor when old couples refer new ones to me.  Now, back to Kristen and Alex’s fabulous wedding.  We were blessed with perfect weather, The Rancho Bernardo Inn was so picturesque, and the day ran super smoothly thanks to Diane from Exclusive Design & Events ([email protected]).  They had a fairly large wedding, but it was all so personal and intimate.  Kristen’s grandpa gave his advice during the ceremony, and Kristen’s family made all the origami birds that were placed on each napkin.  The toast’s were touching and funny, and the party was going nonstop (I think this was fueled on by the open bar).  Kristen and Alex come from really great families, and it was such a pleasure meeting everyone.  Kristen and Alex have a good thing going, and it showed in every part of their wedding.

Chelsea, These pictures are fantastic! Thank you for your beautiful work!

We had the most amazing puffy clouds for Erin and Jason’s wedding at the Bali Hai.  The sky and view of downtown was so gorgeous.  And when the full moon rose over the skyline… that was an amazing sight.  Erin and Jason have been together forever.  They met as teenagers playing at bridge tournaments.  They eventually started dating, traveled the world playing bridge, and now getting married.  Their wedding was so personal and touching.  The ceremony by Rabbi Ian was really funny and touching.  And the whole day ran smoothly thanks to Jenn and Kristie of Eventity.  I am once again so thankful that I get to work with the nicest couples, who really make me happy that I get to do this really important job.

Congratulations Erin and Jason!

Anne Marie and Mike hired me a little over a month before their wedding, and I’m so glad they did.  Their ceremony was at the beautiful All Hallows Catholic Church and their reception was at the Soledad Club.  We had amazing views all day.  Their day was full of family, great friends, really delicious Filipino food and lots of sweet and funny moments.  Anne Marie and Michael really make a perfect couple and they have this ease about them that makes it all feel so genuine.  Thank you so much for having us, and being flexible when the frat party took over our photo site!  Sometimes, especially with weddings, you just have to roll with what’s thrown your way!  Enjoy your photos!

  • Mike and I have been married a little over a month now and I find myself revisiting your site over and over again just to look at not only the pictures you took of us, but of all the new events you’ve been a part of. You have something about the way you capture your photographs that bring them to life and make me feel like I was there celebrating with the Bride and Groom and it makes me relive my own wedding day like it was yesterday. We are very pleased with the way everything turned out for us on our special day, and most especially for our pictures… for they are all we have left of it all… and what a priceless memory to have. Thank you again for being a part of our wedding and forever part of our lives together.

    Cheers,

    Anne Marie & Michael Bridges

I love little boys running around on the beach.  When I do a family portrait, we take a few smiling at the camera shots, and then I let the kids play.  When kids are allowed to be kids, I always end up with great shots.  So parents, it’s okay to let them get wet, play with send, and I might even make some booger/fart jokes to get the sillies going!

Keri and Randy told me to do “whatever”, and here’s the result.  So cute!

There is something special that Danielle and Hugo have.  It’s like this sweet togetherness that just kind of meant to be.  I don’t know how to explain it, but you can truly tell how much they love and care about each other.  They had a daytime wedding so all the kids in the family could attend.  It was the most beautiful day in San Diego.  Their ceremony was on a deck overlooking the water and then the reception was in the Bayside Pavillion with big windows over the water.  The SD Marriott Marina is an amazing place to have a wedding.  It’s like a mini-vacation for all the guest.  Congratulations Danielle and Hugo, it was a pleasure to be a part of your wedding!
