Paula and Dawn celebrated 26 years of being together by final being able to legally wed. They celebrated along with their daughter and all of their friends and family at the San Diego Safari Park. At one point during the ceremony, the officiant asked everyone to raise their hand if this was the first same sex marriage they’ve been to. Most of the guests raised their hands and looked around and realized they were part of the beginning of something big. It was a really wonderful moment.
